The journey with Goldendoodle Acres begins with a thoughtful and personal connection. After a phone conversation—an important step they do to ensure each pup is placed in a loving home—a $400 non-refundable deposit secures your spot on the General Waitlist. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price.
There are three distinct waitlists based on your desired breed and size:
List 1: Micro Mini, Petite Mini, and Mini Goldendoodles (10–35 lbs)
List 2: Medium Goldendoodles (35–55 lbs)
List 3: Mini Bernedoodles (25–50 lbs)
Families may choose to be on one, two, or all three lists, depending on their preferences.
Once a litter in a desired category arrives, they will send an email with photos of the two-week-old pups, details on the parents, and an expected pickup date. Take note that puppy selections based on individual puppies do not begin until six weeks of age, though gender preferences are determined earlier. If no response is received within 24 hours of the litter announcement, your place will be passed over for that round—but not lost. You’ll maintain your position on the list. However, if more than a year passes without response, your name will be removed.
When you commit to a specific litter, your name moves from the General Waitlist to that litter’s list. From that point on, you’ll receive photo updates at 2, 4, and 6 weeks. Should you back out after committing to a litter, you’ll be moved to the bottom of the General Waitlist. A second time will result in removal and forfeiture of your deposit.
At six weeks, each puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary exam, receives vaccinations, is microchipped, temperament tested, and weighed. Final selections are then made, and you’ll be contacted in order of your original deposit to choose your puppy. Goldendoodle Acres does not allow visitors to interact with puppies for safety and health reasons. However, families receive detailed photo updates at 2, 4, and 6 weeks, with puppies identifiable by unique ribbon colors.
Goldendoodle Acres offers a thoughtfully tiered pricing structure based on the anticipated adult size of each puppy:
Goldendoodle Micro Mini (10–15 lbs): $3,800
Goldendoodle Petite Minis (15–25 lbs): $3,200
Goldendoodle / Bernedoodle Minis (25–35 lbs): $3,000
Goldendoodle / Bernedoodle Mediums (35–50 lbs): $2,800
Estimating puppy size is part science, part art—there are many genetic factors at play. To keep things consistent, Goldendoodle Acres calculates the expected adult size by averaging the weights of both parents. That number determines the puppy’s size category, which then guides pricing. While most puppies stay within the predicted range, occasional surprises can happen. Pricing may also vary slightly depending on litter demand.

Goldendoodle Acres introduces Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) from the very first days of life, fostering early brain development and resilience. By 10 days old, puppies begin short car rides to improve adaptability and comfort with travel. At 3 weeks, litter box training begins using wood stove pellets to encourage cleanliness and prepare for outdoor potty routines.
Each day, the puppies are exposed to a soundtrack of common household and outdoor noises to build confidence and desensitization to everyday sounds. They are also introduced to a variety of new surfaces and locations to broaden their comfort zone. Around 5 weeks, crate training begins, and by 6 weeks, outdoor group play sessions occur twice daily to support socialization, exploration, and potty training.
Key Highlights:
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) protocol
Short car rides starting at 10 days old
Litter box training introduced at 3 weeks
Daily sound desensitization with common noises
Exposure to varied surfaces and settings
Crate training begins at 5 weeks
Outdoor group outings twice daily by 6 weeks
